Things You Need to Know

We founded MrsB's Aromas with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are checked fully before leaving us to ensure you receive the best quality products from Mrs B's Aromas. If your item should arrive damaged, please provide photograpic evidence to help  us see the severity of the damage before making our decision.If  we feel the item is still useable then we will not exchange. if you would like to return a damaged item then we are happy to do a refund but the postage will need to be covered by yourself and you yourself are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We do not take responsibility for any parcel that goes missing.

DISLIKED OR UNWANTED ITEMS

If you receive your order and you simply don't like the fragrance or the product then please make sure you don't open or use the product so a refund or exchange can be given. We are unable to refund or exchange opened products. Please note any postage for returned items will need to be covered by yourself and its you who is  responsible for the parcel unit it reaches us. We do not take responsibility for any parcel that goes missing.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds or exchanges on sale items.

As a small business proof is needed to verify and claims and to protect ourselves. We are of course happy to help resolve and genuine claims.
