Why is my Candle Tunnelling?

The first time you burn your candle ensure you keep it lit for 2-4 hours and the melt pool has reach the edge your candle vessel. This is an important  step to ensure you avoid tunnelling and also avoids wasted wax and scent.

How do I change my wax melt?

To change your wax melt light a tea light under the wax and wait for 30-45 seconds until the wax has melted slightly on the bottom, then with your hand just slip the wax disc to the edge of the burner so you can pop the wax disc out.

Why is there clear smoke coming from my wax ?

This is just the scent being thrown.The weaker the scent becomes, the less clear smoke will appear.

  Why is there block powder in my candle jar?

This is called soot. It is usually caused by the wick being too long. Trim the wick to 5mm before each use. You can simply wipe the soot away with a damp cloth or damp kitchen.

Are your products designer?

NO- Our fragrances scents are very similar to High-end or Designer Scents. We are no way affiliated with any designer or brand company . Our products just simply smell similar.

When will my order arrive?

Our Turnaround is currently 7 days.Because our candles and Wax Melts are handmade we need time to process your order and an additional 3-5 days to dispatch. Due to being a small business our turnaround could increase to around 9-10 days in our busiest times.At Mrs B'S Aromas we work very hard to dispatch your order as soon as we possibly can.
