Our candles are handpoured and we will wait 3 days before dispatch to allow your candle to cure for amazing scent throw.
REFUND & REFUND POLICY
If there is something not quite right with your order then we are more than happy to help resolve the issue as quickly as we can. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. please include your full name and order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All items are checked fully before leaving us to ensure you receive the best quality products from Mrs B's Aromas. If your item should arrive damaged, please provide photographice evidence to help us see the severity of the damage before making our decision on what is the best action to take. If you would like to return the damaged item then we are happy to refund but the postage cost will need to be covered by yourself and you are responsible for the parcel until its reaches us. We do not take any responsiliblity for any parcel being returned to us if it should go missing.
Disliked or Unwanted Items
If you receive your order and you simply don't like a fragrance or the product then please do not open or use the product so we can provide a refund or exchange. We are unable to refund or exchange opened products. Please note any postage for a return items will need to be covered by yourself and its you who is responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We do not take responsibility of any parcel being returned to us that might go missing.
