Candle Refills for the Geo Collection
Please welcome our stunning GEO 230ML Candle Refill . When you buy a stunning Geo Candle and not sure what to do with the jar when it runs out then stop right there as we offer a refill that fits perfectly into your candle jar and give it a whole new life. We offer 8 Luxury and 3 summer fragrances to choose from. We recommend the first burn is for 2-4 hours and ensure the melted pool reaches the edges to have a perfect burn. To choose your Fragrance , take a look at our scent description section Then choose from the drop box option.
As our candle refills are handpoured and made to order, We will wait at least 3 days for your candle to cure before dispatch. This will Optimise the best possible scent throw when using.
PLEASE NOTE : This is a refill for GEO candle only. The candle needs to be washed out with just warm soapy water and NO harsh scratching or rubbing to the outer jar. The Matt Version of the GEO candle is easily be scratched so please take care when washing it out.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If there is something not quite right with your order then we are more than happy to help resolve the issue as quickly as we can. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your full name and Order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Damaged Items
All Items are checked fully before leaving us to ensure you recieve the best quality products from Mrs B'S Aromas. If your Item should arrive Damaged, Please can you provide Photographic Evidence to help us see the severity of the damage before making our decision. If will feel the item is still usable then we will not Exchange. If you would like to return a damaged Item then we are happy to do a refund and Postage will be covered by ourselves.
Disliked or Unwanted Items
If you recieve your order and you simply don't like a Fragrance or Product then please make sure you don't open or use the product so a refund or exchange can be given. We are unable to refund or exchange opened products. Please note any Postage for return items will need to be covered by yourself and its you who is responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We do not take responsiblity for any parcels that go missing.
Sale Items
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds or exchanges on Sale items.
As a small business proof is needed to verify any claims and to protect ourselves. We are of course happy to help resolve any genuine claims.
